What is the 28 Day Booty Building Challenge?

At Manny's Mom Fitness we host 28 day challenges and the person with the most drastic body change wins. It’s not who loses the most weight, but who changes their body in the most drastic way using one of our plans. Our plans are made to shape your body and help you develop a more flattering shape so we feel it’s only right to judge on shape and overall changes. One winner could win $500.00 if their progress is considered drastic. 2nd place will win Airpods and 3rd place will win supplements. You will be required to purchase ANY Build the But & Shrink the Gut plan or BUNDLE plan and from there you will NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR $19.99 ENTRY TICKET. The next start day is 10/4/21 and the last day of the challenge is 10/30/21 You will be required to take before pictures facing forward, to the side, and from the back. In those pictures the challenge dates should be showing, so you will need to take a picture holding a piece of paper with the dates 10/4/21 for when you start and 10/30/21 for when you end. If you can not hold the piece of paper you can tape it to your wall but the dates will have to be visible. You will have to take your before and after pictures IN THE SAME OUTFIT.

*IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A PLAN, YOU ONLY NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR ENTRY TICKET FOR $19.99 TO BE ENTERED INTO THE NEXT CHALLENGE. IF YOU ARE THE WINNER YOU WILL NEED PROOF OF PURCHASE OF YOUR ENTRY TICKET. MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE SAME OUTFITS IN THE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE ANGLES NEEDED, AND THE DATE IS VISIBLE IN YOUR BEFORE AND YOUR AFTER PHOTO ON A PIECE OF PAPER*

 

How Do I Sign Up?

Simply purchase any Build the Butt & Shrink the Gut plan and A $19.99 ENTRY TICKET and you will be considered a contestant in the challenge. From there after you purchase your workout plan & slot ticket you will get an email with the challenge info with the above paragraph. It will also give you some tips and inform you on stretching, and the importance of protein. To enter you can purchase a plan as low as $24.99 for the chance to win $500.00!! That’s easy money!!!

 

What Do I Have To Do?

You will have to workout 5 or 6 days a week depending on which plan you get. Our plans are low cardio and HIGH HIIT, so please get a doctors approval if you have bad knees or a bad back or concerns about doing a plan that requires jumping and plyometrics.
