Our Vegan Monthly Meal Plan provides you with a calendar format of 3 meals a day and two snacks 7 days a week. This plan will also provide you a how-to and recipe for all meals. This plan will provide you with week 1 and 2 and 3 for food options. Week 4 you should be repeating weeks 1 or 2. This plan is for those who do not eat meat and are looking to transition to Vegan.
